      Job Requirements:

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Enforce rules of scrum process and provide coaching to help teams embrace and implement Agile Scrum principles and practices

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Facilitate team meetings (daily stand-up, sprint planning, review, demo and retrospective etc)

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Support Product Owner and work closely with the team in product backlog grooming, program increment planning, sprint level planning / tracking and building software release plan

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Identify risks, barriers blocking the team and work with internal / external resources to remove or resolve the impediments

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Build and develop high-performing, self-organizing teams by facilitating team collaboration, manage conflicts resolutions and team challenges

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Lead teams to meet their goals and promote continuous improvement in areas including quality, predictability, flow, velocity and work processes

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Protect the team from distractions and external interferences

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Maintain a proper power of balance among the project owner, scrum team and management

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Create communication channels, coordinate activities with other remote teams

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Attend Scrum of Scrums meetings

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Communicates status, report progress to management and outside stakeholders

      Job Requirements:

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Master /Bachelor in Business/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a related field

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Min. 3 to 5 years of Scrum master experience

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Certified Scrum Master and Scrum Professional

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Strong working knowledge of Scrum concepts, rules and practices

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe etc.

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Proven ability to coach team to ensure Agile / Scrum principles, practices are adhered to by the team

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Proven results of having created useful, reliable and practical plans through sprints executions

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Familiar with software development processes, procedures and product development life cycle.

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Nice to have exposure to Scaling of agile practices and SAFe or other scaling certification/s

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Experience using Agile development tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, Version One etc

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Experience in network communications background preferred

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months)  Only Singaporeans
